MY ORDERS

How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order. We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?

Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet?

First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts. Can’t find it?

No panic, just contact us and one our customer representative will help you!

I only received some of my items in my order, where are the rest?

We sometimes ship out items as soon as they are ready so Items may be delivered in separate packages So it is totally normal if you received one item but not the other. Do not worry, the other items will arrive soon.

On that rare occasion that your items go missing or show up late, don't worry! All you need to do is contacting our support at "Enquiries@Shield-Seekers.com" OR message us on Facebook or Instagram. We will reply within 24 hours - we pride ourselves on customer satisfactory and fix any problem ASAP! You will either get a full refund or a new product sent out to you.

What type of payments do you accept?

When will my card be charged?

Just after your order has been successfully placed.

What is the type of currency on your store?

We support over 140 currencies. You'll have the option of changing the currency to a selecting of popular currencies if desired through the drop down menu at the top right corner of any our our pages.

When can I expect to receive my package?

Every single item on Shield Seekers is custom printed just for you, and it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be prior to shipping.

Please note: Some of our items in our catalog are so popular that the shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the time frames below, please contact our help support team here and we’ll be Happy to help.

Please note:

It may take from 24hrs to 48hrs for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system after we have shipped your order.

For some of our products can only ship with standard shipping in which case tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking. All FedEx and DHL deliveries will be fully Tracked and insured.

I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products after having ordered, contact one of our helpful staff through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

How much is shipping?

You'll be happy to know that shipping with Shield Seekers is completely FREE worldwide!

International buyers! - What about customs?

Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

South Africa, Peru, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania, and French Polynesia.

I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?

For any changes within 24hrs after ordering go to the MY ORDER section above on this page for further details.

As every single item on Shield Seekers is Print on Demand meaning they are only ever printed and created when an order is placed, so unfortunately  we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.

I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?

You’re not in love with your product, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully inspected for quality and we will reprint any flawed apparel,
free of charge. Please see our return and refund policy for further details.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We apologise for any inconveniences and we’d be delighted to help you right away by offering a free replacement order.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

I have an incredible design, can I send it to you and have it printed on a product?

We’d love to see your incredible design and print it for you! A minimum Order amount of 3 is required for any of our products to quality for this feature.
